Conditions of Entry
1.) The Promoter is V.I.P Petfoods (Aust) Pty Ltd ABN 98 069 880 164 of Lahrs Road, Yatala, QLD, 4207. 2.) Entry is open to all customers of V.I.P Petfoods (Aust) Pty Ltd who fulfill the entry requirements. Directors, management and staff of V.I.P Petfoods (Aust) Pty Ltd or any affiliates, agents etc. may not enter. 3.) The promotion commences on Monday 2nd June 2008 and ends on 31st August 2008 at 5.00pm (AEST). 4.) To enter the promotion, participants need to fill in their contact details and click the tab to authorize V.I.P Petfoods (Aust) Pty Ltd to contact them in relation to future product launches and promotions. 6.) All Australian residents who complete their online form in its entirety and provide all requested contact details prior to end date will automatically be entered into the draw. 7.) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions. The Promoter has the right to remove any entries that appear to be incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible. 8.) The prize draw will be conducted by random selection at Midday (AEST) on Wednesday the 3rd September 2008 at V.I.P Petfoods (Aust) Pty Ltd Lahrs Road, Yatala, QLD, 4207. 9.) The prizes “ A months worth of petfood” consists of ten (10) individual cartons of V.I.P Petfoods Meaty Muesli product which contains six boxes and six serves valued at approximately $40.92 each. Each Prize will be for one carton only per winner. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. 10.) If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value subject to Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993. 11.) The winner of the prize will be contacted on the phone numbers they supply on their online entry form by 5th Sept. 2008 12.) The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of contacting the entrant in relation to future product launches and promotions. The Promoter may disclose your personal information to contractors it engages to assist it in conducting the competition or communicating with the entrant. By entering, you agree that the Promoter may use the aggregate information collected from the online entry for related research and marketing purposes. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. Entrants can access the personal information the Promoter holds about them by contacting the Promoter on (07) 55471700 13.) The Promoter's decisions will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 14.) Entrants that tick the consent box grant permission for the promoter to email them information about the competition, results and upcoming competitions, information, prizes and events.
