V.I.P Petfoods currently sponsors both the Albion Park and Parklands greyhound tracks in QLD for various events held by these clubs each year.
Sponsorship Guidelines
Why we have guidelines
V.I.P. Petfoods receives a large number of proposals each month, which unfortunately makes it difficult for us to accept every idea presented to us. Hence, we have outlined below a series of guidelines to help you submit a proposal that meets our needs.
General Criteria
- we will consider proposals in all categories except the sponsorship of individuals who are not competing at a national or international level
- we prefer to support events held within Australia
- we generally require a minimum of three months lead time
- we prefer to invest in sponsorships that carry out and make available audience research during and / or after the event, including the facility for sponsor questions
- the sponsorship must have the potential to generate / attract positive media coverage for our organisation
Priority will be given to sponsorship proposals that uphold V.I.P. Petfood's key values which are:
- respecting people
- delivering quality
- encouraging growth
- caring for the environment
- being open and honest
Sponsorship Criteria
V.I.P. Petfoods will not sponsor opportunities that:
- fall outside our area of operation
- demonstrate political, religious or socially divisive objectives
- denigrate or offend the community
- community events with less that 250 attendees (unless the event specifically relates to activities involving pets)
